The form collects your name, organisation, country, email address and the description of your need. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive submissions; it is kept in hashed form for at most one hour.
Purpose
The data is used only to answer your request. No marketing is sent without your agreement.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the form.
Retention
Requests are kept for 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted.
Recipients
The data is accessible only to the NexCore Digitals team. It is never sold or passed to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to its use, through the contact form.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to received requests is limited to the people concerned.
